Lon graduated from Purdue University in 1975 with a BS in Economics. He began his foodservice career in family owned Paglio’s Restaurant. In 1975 he accepted a sales and marketing position with Cleveland based Durkee Foods. Later he moved into the equipment side as a healthcare/dietary specialist with Food Service Equipment Inc. In 1980 he started as a manufacturer’s representative with Michigan based United Marketing Associates and then founded Paglio & Associates in 1991. Lon excels at providing expertise in product knowledge and project analysis for his customers. This is reflective in the high caliber of manufacturers represented by Paglio & Associates. John Lugger is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Marketing. John has been with Paglio & Associates for 7 years and in the foodservice industry for 31 years. Prior to joining Paglio & Associates John has spent several years as the Regional Sales Manager for Adamation in Newton, Massachusetts. His experiences provide customers with exceptional consultation in assisting with design layout to choosing the right equipment and training in it use. John can be reached in the Kentucky office.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Dayton and has been with Paglio & Associates for 15 years. Jeff obtained his CFSP accreditation in 1998. One of Jeff’s areas of expertise is working with chefs and chains to matching the proper equipment with their menu applications. Mark Miller attended Adrian College in Adrian MI and began his career in the foodservice industry in 1985. Prior to becoming a manufacturer’s rep, Mark was the National Sales Manager for MTS Seating in Temperance, MI. Mark works with key dealers and hospitality contacts throughout our territory.
